How long will my order take to process?

We aim to have all orders processed and delivered within 5 - 7 working days.

Are my card details safe?

Yes. All credit card details are dealt with by our 3rd party services. Creatio Ex Nihilo have no contact with your details and no details are kept onsite.

Who are Creatio Ex Nihilo?

Creatio Ex Nihilo (formerly PnP Canvas Printing) are a family run company based in Blackpool England.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees whatsoever. All prices are inclusive of VAT and if there are any extras that you would like to purchase these prices are agreed on an upfront basis.

Will my image be used elsewhere?

We understand that people prefer to retain the rights to their own images. Therefore any image uploaded will be deleted once you have received and confirmed that you are happy with your printed product. Unless of course you would prefer to leave them on the site for future reference!

How long will my print last?

Creatio Ex Nihilo use only quality pigment inks which means that unlike cheap dye inks your picture will last for up to 85 years (museum standard) in optimum conditions.

Am I able to leave feedback regarding my shopping
experience with Creatio Ex Nihilo?

Creatio Ex Nihilo would LOVE for you to leave feedback! As of 30th June 2011 Creatio Ex Nihilo are proud to announce that we have been accepted by Safebuy which is overseen by the Office of Fair Trading. Around 7 days after your purchase Safebuy will send you a customer feedback form. We hope that you would take the time to complete it.

UPDATE: Creatio Ex Nihilo will no longer be printing canvas prints inhouse. Due to being able to outsource our printing needs for an excellent price you will now be able to purchase canvasses and acrylic prints via the site giving us much more time to be out doing what we love which is taking YOUR pictures. We hope that everyone will be happy with the new services and please feel free to leave us any comments and feedback here.
